This is my second list of all the delicious food to be tried on a visit to the Malaysian east coast town of Kuantan. It’s a collection of new and old eats that should not be missed!
Vlog #24: A throwback vlog of the fun I had eating and eating and eating in Bentong. We also visited the morning market and chilled by a waterfall!
Vlog #23: A vlog of a 3 days 2 nights trip I made to the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast in 2019. We had a rocking time at the hotel, and splashing time at the next door waterpark!
A stay at the second Hard Rock Hotel in Malaysia, and this time at Desaru Coast! In line with the resort’s known brand — it was a rocking stay, with just a slightly mellowed rock vibe.
I had a wonderful few days exploring Chinatown Bangkok during my stay with the Grand China Hotel. Such a grand hotel right smack in the centre of this bustling part of Bangkok!
A quick weekend getaway to the Langkawi Yacht Club Hotel where we had a lovely view of beautiful yachts and the ocean — and lots of dining choices at the Fisherman’s Wharf.
Happy 5 years to the blog! It’s been a wonderful 5 years of sharing and traveling — and here’s my yearly travel reflections and favourite moments of the year.
My staycation in Malaysia’s historical city of Melaka. I got to experience a different view of the city — up high at the Sky Deck @ Hatten City, Melaka’s highest point!
A short staycation at the Ramada Suites KLCC. I was right smack in the city centre of Kuala Lumpur, so I took some time to explore!
It’s hard to imagine a whole English countryside-themed resort nestled within the mountains in central Thailand, offering beautiful views all around. But it’s real — and it’s The Blue Sky Resort Khao Kho.
On my recent visit to Bangkok — I was right in the center of all the shopping action! I had access to luxury malls, wholesale malls, and endless night markets. All thanks to The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam.
Spent a night at the luxurious Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur managed by Banyan Tree, for a little staycation in the heart of the Malaysian capital.
Cruising the Straits of Malacca on Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of the Seas. 5 days of fun on the seas from Singapore to Port Klang and Phuket, and back to Singapore.
And here I am, back in Hard Rock Hotel Penang — and feeling like a 80’s rockstar. I get to spend days in the pool, the spa, and rocking on a fender.
And the blog is now 4 years old! Here’s the list of my 12 months of adventures in 2018 — a resolution I made at the end of 2017 to experience a new adventure every month.
Cruising the seas with Star Cruise’s Superstar Gemini from Port Klang to Phuket and Langkawi. It was fun in the sun, and lots of relaxation.
