Vlog #25: A vlog of the educational and enlightening trip I made to Japan’s Hiroshima — a city that rose again after the atomic bomb devastation of 1945.
An island that is known as one of the three most beautiful scenic spots in Japan, and a floating shrine that is said to be an icon of the country — what’s not to love about Miyajima?
It was an eye-opening trip. Hiroshima is a city with a deep tragic history, but we learned of its rise from the ashes, becoming the beautiful and peaceful place it is today.
While in Kagishima, I got to ride on a cartoon train, dress up as a samurai, admire an active volcano, and eat the most delicious Kurobuta black pork. It was the most awesome 2 days on the third league of my grand Kyushu tour with Parlo Tours!
Husky sledding has to be one of the most exhilarating rides I’ve ever been on– especially zooming along in minus-degree temperatures, chilly winds and thick snow.
The northern lights. One of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world. I was lucky enough to see it, and here’s my journey… chasing the aurora borealis.
Eventhough Bohol it is one of the country’s most popular islands to visit, it is still almost untouched by commercialization and still relatively unknown to the rest of the world. There are natural wonders to see, wildlife to visit and beautiful beaches to soak up the sun.
