Imagine a waterfall that has a permanent rainbow at its base for a few hours in the morning. I found it near the old mining town of Sungai Lembing– the Rainbow Waterfall.

Banaue is famous for the 2,000 year old rice terraces carved into its mountains. It’s an arduous trip to get there, but I’ve heard so much about the magnificence of the rice terraces that I had to witness it for myself.
Taal Volcano is an active volcano, said to be one of the smallest in the world. It is an interesting natural wonder– a volcano within a lake within a volcano within a lake. Hearing about this, I just had to make the journey!
